CANCELLATION

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 72 hours of your appointment time, you will be able to reschedule only ONCE but no refunds are given.

Any cancellation made less than 72 hours, unfortunately your deposit will be lost as it is hard for me to fill that slot in a short space of time. Therefore a deposit will be required again when making a new appointment.

I am a mum and a small business, so when you cancel last minute I do not get paid. I also, like yourselves have a family to feed and bills to pay. A deposit still only helps with small amount of the cost I have to pay upfront.
